Yes! We can divide your payment up into 4 equal payments, once your deposit has been paid, the timeframe for the remaining payments can be negotiated, depending on how far in advance your booking is.

Payment can be made online via an invoice we will email to you.
Opari Designs uses Square for secure online payments.

If your booking is cancelled no less than 14 days prior to your event, a full refund will be given if your balloon are not yet purchased, if your balloons have been purchased, the refund amount will be the total amount paid less the cost of the balloons. If you need to cancel your booking within 14 days from the event, there will be no refund as we are unable to schedule in another booking and we have ordered in your ballloons and saved the particular timeslot for you. However, if you are needing to reschedule the delivery/event date, we will happily reschedule when availabilty permits.

We offer delivery for our products every day of the week, meaning you can call us and schedule a delivery or installation at any time - if we have the balloons in stock and time available to make your order.

Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but are able to be recycled.

Our balloon decor will last for the length of your celebration and then the balloons will slowly deflate over time, sometimes weeks. Air filled foil balloons can sometimes last years!

Opari Designs takes no responsibility for your balloon order once it has left Opari Designs. Opari Designs do not refund, replace or exchange balloons which have popped, deflated or become damaged whilst in your care. Due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee your balloons will remain perfect and intact. Balloons are subject to popping from expanding in the heat, oxidation of the balloons from air and light, withstanding wind and rain. Foil balloons can shrink and appear to be deflating if the temperature lowers, but when placed back in a warmer temperature they will expand and look inflated again.
